This LUXURY HOME has been completely renovated in 2005. Many walls of windows with high 10 foot ceilings, fill this 4,000+ square foot home with light, and make views of the Lake breathtaking from every room in the house. Home is built on over an acre of beautifully landscaped property with a beautiful, expansive backyard. Also, has a dramatic 2.5 story light filled entrance way where one can immediately see views of the Lake from the gorgeous family room. Includes 180 feet of private beach front, accessed directly from the backyard down just over 100 stairs. Sleeps 16 comfortably (10-12 adults/4 kids), with 6 bedrooms, 7 baths (2 with whirlpool tubs), heated inground pool (heat $300 extra), hot tub on back deck. Our Cottage Haven is located a short walk south... For big groups... these 2 homes will sleep up to 21. Located 6 miles North of St. Joseph, and 12 miles South of South Haven.

This LUXURY HOME is located in Southwest Michigan and is highly well-known for it's beautiful beaches, sunsets and lake views. Near quaint little vacation towns with lots of Summer attractions, including: "Blueberry Fest", "Harbor Fest", "Venetian Fest",Dragon Boat races, Fish Boils, Winery's, Farm Markets, Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Biking, Hiking, Dune Rides, Sailboating, Charter boats, Jet Ski rentals, Maritime Museum with a Tall Ship docked in S. Haven, with tours. Winter activities include ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing/snowboarding. S.W. Michigan's #1 rated golf club, Michigan Golf Hills, is located only about 6 miles away...Take exit 1 off I-196, go east, look for signs.

This unique home is perfect for elegant entertaining. A beautifully decorated home includes a brand new stunning kitchen with ceramic tiled floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. An expansive deck off the living room and kitchen is perfect for outdoor meals. Upper master bedroom has access to balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. Lower master bedroom has access to patio, pool, beach. Master baths on each level have whirlpool tubs and stall showers. All bedrooms have their own TV with VCR or DVD.

***Rental Policies

There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.
Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $150 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
Check-in times are Saturday 4:00 p.m...eastern time/check-out Saturday 10:00 a.m...eastern time.
