This home is a modern architecture featuring unique roof lines and skylights that offer natural lighting throughout the home. The exterior is natural cedar with four of the skylights in the great room electrically operated via a control panel. A single level home, very roomy with approximately 3,620 sq. ft. The backyard has a large sandy beach with a boat launch & dock on the channel leading to Paw Paw Lake. The channel is approximately 30-40 feet wide. An 18 foot deep-V boat with an inboard/outboard can cruise through the channel. This home is located about 2 hours from Chicago. Watervliet Township is a small community of approximately 3,392. The Paw Paw River and Paw Paw Lake are prominent features of the township. Paw Paw Lake is a 976 acre all sport lake with many seasonal homes. Lake Stella is a very deep, small, spring-fed lake that is excellent for fishing and swimming. Lake Stella is connected to Paw Paw Lake by the Paw Paw River and a channel. There are currently only 4 homes on Lake Stella and 3 homes on the channel. The views are fantastic any time of the year!

***Rental Policies

• There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates.
• Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $150 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable damage deposit is due.
• Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
• Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
• Maid service is available during your stay for an extra cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and other laundry, if desired.
• Check-in times are Friday 4:00 p.m...eastern time/check-out Friday 10:00 a.m...eastern time.
