This cozy Cottage has a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and sunsets from every room. This small ranch home sleeps 6, includes 2 private bedrooms, 1 bath, & fully furnished. A child friendly home with 2 queen size beds (1 in each bedroom), & a pull-out sleeper couch. A private sandy swimming beach is accessed from the backyard, and shared with the home next door. There are over 100 stairs to beach. A nice large deck with table & lounging chairs overlook Lake Michigan.
This fully furnished home is located approx. 8 miles north of St. Joseph, and 15 miles south of South Haven.
Weekly rentals available May through Labor Day... Nightly rentals available after Labor Day through May...

Our LAKESHORE COTTAGE is located in Southwest Michigan directly on the picturesque bluffs of Lake Michigan. A private sandy beach, amazing sunsets that fall off the horizon and a view of Lake Michigan from the living room awaits you. The Cottage is just north of St. Joseph and a quick ride to South Haven, so there are plenty of summer attractions, including: "Blueberry Fest", "Harbor Fest", "Venetian Fest", Dragon Boat races, Fish Boils, Wineries, Farm Markets, Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Biking, Hiking, Dune Rides, Sailing, Charter boats, Jet Ski rentals, Maritime Museum with a Tall Ship docked in S. Haven, with tours. Winter activities include ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing/snowboarding. S.W. Michigan's #1 rated golf club, Michigan Golf Hills, is located only about 8 miles away...Take exit 1 off I-196, go east, and look for the signs.

Rental Policies
There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates. Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of
rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $60 cleaning fee, and $500
refundable damage deposit is due.
Cancellation policy If you need to cancel before your
pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $100 Office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued, unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.
*Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your
damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
*Maid service is available during your stay for an extra
cleaning charge. This would include bed linens/towels laundered, and
other laundry, if desired.
*Check-in times are Saturday 4:00 p.m...eastern time/check-out
Saturday 10:00 a.m...eastern time during summer season.
*We accept /Checks/Money Orders/Paypal/Credit Cards at this time.
Through Paypal, you may use credit/debit cards. A 3% credit card charge will be added.
*For availability of weeks, click on...Calendar Of Availability
*Once you find out if the week you'd like to vacation is
available, please reserve your week by sending your deposit of $750.

Paypal service by clicking on the "Paypal button" below. On
this page, through Paypal, you can only pay $750 weekly deposit now. You may pay your remaining balance through PayPal by contacting us & we can send an invoice through e-mail. Notify us through e-mail your name, address, e-mail address, and which week(s) you'd like reserved.
Credit Card Payments can be made by phone...call(269)427-7113. A 3% credit card charge will be added. Your week will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
