The front Foyer is 85 sq. ft. It has a cathedral ceiling with a skylight and a cedar lined coat closet. The front door side window features a custom stained glass inlay. The floor is a white ceramic tile. To the left of the Foyer is the Guest room and straight ahead is the door to the Great room. The door to the Great room can be locked off to isolate the Guest room from the rest of the home.

Queen Bedroom

The Great room is 445 sq. ft. It has a very unique cathedral pyramid ceiling with 12 skylights arranged in a starburst pattern. The ceiling in the center of the room is 20 feet. There are many interior windows that allow natural lighting to be distributed throughout the entire home. The back wall has mirroring with indirect lighting. The floor is tan carpet.

Immediately inside the doorway to the Great room to the right is the door to the Front bedroom. The front bedroom is 218 sq. ft. with an additional 154 sq. ft. private bedroom ajoining it. Both the Front bedroom and ajoining bedroom have cathedral ceilings. The ajoining room has two skylights and a wood floor. The Front bedroom has two large windows to the front yard and a large cedar lined closet. The floor is tan carpeting. There is an attached full bathroom (68 sq. ft.) with a garden tub. The bathroom floor is brown ceramic tile.

To the right of the Great room is the Kitchen. The Kitchen is huge at +400 sq. ft. It has a large center island with a built in stove and cabinets. There is a large stainless steel sink with a reverse osmosis drinking water system, a top of the line Whirlpool dishwasher, and an Amana refrigerator. In this kitchen you will have a hard time running out of cupboard or counter space. The floor is a beige ceramic tile with accents. There is an attached Breakfast Nook with a built in table and bench seating. The bench seats were custom made and have leather covering. There is also an attached half bathroom and the laundry room.

The Formal Dining room is spacious at 246 sq. ft. The Dining room has a cathedral ceiling and wood floors. There are two large windows that look out over the beach and water. There is a door to the side yard.

The Master suite is located at the back of the house. It is 328 sq. ft. and has two large cedar lined walk in closets (40 sq. ft. each) and a large storage closet (64 sq. ft.). The Master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and a small gas fireplace. The floor is tan carpet. There are two large windows that look out over the beach and water and a door to the back patio. The Master bedroom is separated from the Master bathroom by a Powder room that has large counter and sink.

The Master bathroom is 220 sq. ft. It features a large Jacuzzi style tub with a matching 13” color television. There is a separate bathtub/shower. The floor is white ceramic tile with accents. There are two skylights and a large vanity. The Master bathroom is equipped with its own hot water heater.

To the left of the Great room is the door to the Common room for Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4. The layout is similar to dorm rooms with a common room in between. The Common room (Play room) is 180 sq. ft. with a large window to the side yard. There is an attached full bathroom (54 sq. ft.) with a garden tub. The bathroom floor is deep green ceramic tile. Both Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are 115 sq. ft. with large cedar lined closets. The floor is tan carpet.

Off the back patio is the Game room. The Game room is 345 sq. ft. with pool table. There are windows on all of the outside walls that look out on Lake Stella and the beach. The floor is commercial brown carpeting.
