• Also, year round non-vacation homes.
• Listing your rental home on our website.....
• With up to 10-15 pictures of your home.
• Detailed description of home.
• Rental prices included on website.
• Credit card payments available.
• PayPal payments available on website.
• We handle all rental payments/deposits/collection of Michigan sales tax.
• We check-in/out your guests/and handle any problems that may arise.
• We provide cleaning service for weekly rentals @ $20/hr.
• Price for our service is 20% of your weekly/monthly rental price. This includes all the services above.
• Extra cleaning service is available at $20/hr.
• If you'd like groceries stocked in your frig/kitchen, we can do that for an extra charge.
• Lawn care service is extra, and available at $20/hr.
• Carpentry/handiman service is available---Prices depend upon the type of work needed done.
